Howe Scale - $400 (Jesup)

Old Howe scale, I dont know much about it but it does work and it will weigh up to 640 pounds. It needs to be restored probably and all of the weights are brass and would look great polished up. If you have info on these I would definitely listen. Price is negotiable, no clue what its really worth.
