1998/99 250hp mercury efi outboard. 2 stroke. Starts runs great, BUT won't go over 2200 rpm. New fuel pumps,filters etc. I am no mechanic so moving on. It's on boat to hear run currently. Good for a mechanic or parts. Runs good. 30inch shaft.
