Summary Construction Scope of Work:
Replace dry sprinkler pipe in building 28 (attic), charge fire sprinkler system, and fire water distribution loop buildings 1, 28, & 40 at the Brunswick Job Corps Center, 4401 Glynco Pkwy, Brunswick, GA 31525. The scope of work was prepared at the direction of the U.S. Department of Labor. Only email replies will be considered and the complete scope of work will be provided at that time with a contract completion timeline. The site walkthrough at the center is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM with vendor/contractor bids due not later than Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
