Willing to trade services for help with property (Waynesville)

I'm looking for help with a few things around our property that we desperately need.
1. Working washer and dryer (even old school wringers). Our have been broken for a long time, and I've been hand washing and hanging clothes to dry.
2. Riding Lawn Mower: We have 10 acres of land that I've been push mowing (different segments at a time), and my husband is over the road working as a truck driver. The push mower that I've been using finally broke down. We have two push mowers and a rider that aren't in operating condition, but if you're handy can be repaired and I could trade them!
3: Someone to grade our driveway.
I'm willing to trade services. We have a large 2 acre pond stocked with bass and bluegill that we would allow you to come fish at whenever you'd like. I also do photography, and we offer primitive camping as well.
Please if you can help with any of these things, let me know! We're desperate right now.
