You won’t find a camper this size, of any year, priced this low, in this condition. They have wavy walls due to not being cared for, leaks from the slide outs, original water heater and tires.
Comparable to campers ten years newer. It spent years under cover, unsure of how many, possibly most or all of its life, under the ownership of the original owner, bought from original owner in Savannah, Ga a year ago.
-No slide outs, the best most reliable kind, that don’t leak. Slide outs always leak!!

-Booth with folding (dinner) table and seat cushions that folds/turns into a double bed
-Smells like a 20 year old camper when it sits empty for a while, but disappears once it’s showered in and cooked in and lived in. No mold or moldy smell though
-After market radio and exterior speakers installed
-Battery in battery box on front coupler with electric jack and 7 way power plug for towing
-Roof sealant touched up with self leveling rv roof sealant where needed during inspection
-Can buy as is or with new water heater, (up until water heater is delivered and installed) the rv technician quoted me $750-800 to do it, that’s for both parts and labor
