This deep fryer oil boiler cooked 100,000 egg rolls a day there's nothing wrong with it the only reason it's not being used now is because of new building was built and obviously they built a new when all brand new equipment did a hundred thousand in one day this will boil all the oil that you want deep fried but it could be used for a hundred different things heating water made a difference now you'll see the other two pieces they're all thick steel they have metal skids underneath them they could be used as really good smokers or cookers and then again the steel is thick on this asking 1500 or best offer
