You will work alongside another live-in caregiver, sharing responsibilities and supporting one another to provide high-quality care for our residents. This team-based approach ensures that resident care and daily household responsibilities are shared.
Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with activities of daily living
* Help residents use the restroom and provide incontinence care
* Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and bedtime routines
* Prepare and serve meals
* Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean home
* Provide companionship and compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia
* Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity
Qualifications:
* Caregiving experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
* Compassionate, patient, dependable, and hardworking
* Able to perform physical caregiving duties, including assisting residents with mobility when needed
* Authorized to work in the United States
* Background check may be required
