We are seeking experienced handymen and contractors with a proven background renovating distressed and dilapidated residential housing. This role is hands-on and requires real trade experience—not just general labor.

Requirements:

Demonstrable skilled trade knowledge and/or valid license (where applicable)

Proven experience renovating distressed residential properties

Ability to provide photos of previous renovation work

Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites

Required Skills:

Drywall (hang, patch, finish)

Cabinet installation

Countertop installation

LVP flooring removal and replacement

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

Structural repair knowledge

Electrical experience

Plumbing experience
