MJ Works LLC is expanding its vendor network in the Screven, GA area. We are looking for dependable and experienced Property Preservation Vendors to join our growing team. If you have skills in field services, maintenance, repairs, lawn care, debris removal we want to work with you.
🔧 Work Includes ( Property Preservation Tasks):
• Lock changes, rekeying, securing properties
• Full winterization services
• Grass cuts, edging, weed trimming, yard cleanups
• Debris removal/trash outs
• Boarding, tarping, minor repairs, handyman tasks
• General property maintenance
• Taking clear before/during/after photos
• Submitting repair bids and damage reports
🧰 Requirements:
• Basic hand tools & safety gear
• Lawn equipment (mower, trimmer, blower, etc.)
• Reliable truck, SUV, or work vehicle (trailer preferred)
• Familiarity with PPW Smartphone or camera
• Preservation supplies (HUD locks, antifreeze, plywood, tarps)
• Ability to complete jobs independently and follow work order guidelines
