We are looking to train someone that already has some home repair experience. Once you are trained to help us maintain and manage our properties you can make $30+ hour. You should have some experience and learn quickly doing home repairs, property manager, interior and exterior painting, above stove microwave replacement, ceiling fan replacement, roof repair, fence repair minor electrical, plumbing ressure washing, water heater install, Blinds, flooring and yard maintenance. This not a full time job so you probably need other income also. You will need to speak to the tenants. You should have some basic hand tools, smart phone to take and send pictures.
