We need a helper/trainee to maintain some properties in Kingsland and Saint Marys. Train for a Property Manager position. You should start with having some experience doing home repairs, property maintenance, interior and exterior painting, ceiling fan replacement, fence repair minor HVAC electrical, plumbing pressure washing, Blinds, flooring and yard maintenance. This not a full time job so you probably need other income also. You will need to learn to speak to the tenants. You should have some basic hand tools, smart phone to take and send pictures.
