The Order Processing Specialist works closely with all departments facilitating outstanding service and is a hub of activity. This position plays a pivotal role between customers, consumers, our sales team and supply chain organizations. *This is not a remote position*
Key Responsibilities:
-Entry of inbound orders.
-Identification and resolution of order issues such as pricing, pallet and truck builds, out of stocks and lead times.
-Entry of sample forms from sales and marketing teams.
-Communication of sample details to sales and marketing.
-Identification, coding and reconciliation of deduction paperwork.
-Identification and coding of compliance related deductions including review and communication with team.
-Respond to assigned inbound electronic and physical mail contacts as appropriate and update tracking system.
-Live, real-time response to inbound phone contacts.
-Escalation of consumer contacts to supervisor and others as appropriate.
-Organizes and maintains files and records.
-Performs general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Our Ideal Candidate has the following:
-Related order processing and excellent customer service experience in a business office environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
-Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
