This is a 1969 Martin D12-35 in very good condition. The back and sides are Brazilian rosewood, the top is solid spruce and the neck is mahogany with an ebony fingerboard. The tuners are six-on-a-plate with crème ivoroid buttons on a slotted headstock bearing the Martin logo in black bordered gold script. The guitar plays with a comfortable low action and feels as smooth as silk. This is a crack-free vintage collectible with a pickguard replacement, bridge pins and a tuner cog being the only alterations. The guitar shows minimal signs of use with only some small, light indentations below the bridge and minimal finish checking on the back of the neck. Overall, an above average example of one of the last production Brazilian rosewood Martins. Always interested in trades for vintage Martin and Gibson acoustics.
