Ideal candidate will have a pleasant phone presence, good organizational skills, be technology savvy, and have a desire to help people. Must have the ability to efficiently handle multiple phone lines at once.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, gathering information from potential clients, directing calls to the appropriate individuals, preparing and mailing routine correspondence, keeping the office neat, and other special projects as assigned. Familiarity with G Suite, Adobe, Dropbox and Microsoft Office products preferred. Mac experience required.
