Good evening. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in waycross ,Georgia . about 1 mile from the YMCA. Its an extremely quiet neighborhood and i am not selling the house. Im just currently overseas. One bathroom and 1 bedroom are taken. ** I have 2 available bedrooms and one PRIVATE bathroom available to rent out for One and a half years, possibly longer

My brother is the only person living in the home(I own the mortgage, however am stationed in alaska with the military for next year and a half , I will drop by every 3 to 6 months during leave to inspect my home, however, my brother will always be there daily) I have no pets. My brother cuts the grass and keeps the upkeep on the house. I have plenty of pictures of the home. Rent around the area is $900-1100. Only asking $700 month. 2 months upfront ( half will be your security deposit, so $700 will be given back when you vacate as long as there's no damage to my house)
If you have kids, they will be quiet and respectful or don't bother. My brother will be updating me on noise, etc. If police come out and becomes an issue, I will put a 30 day notice to vacate
Backyard is fenced in. Nice backyard to relax in. No pool. Within about 2 miles walking distance into town and restaurants. I don't put up with drama and will turn away anyone whom is rude and or disrespectful without hesitation. I don't need your money , its just an empty home so I figured why not rent out a few rooms. Your bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet. No bath. Stove is electric stove and house is well kept up. I will be taking pictures before you move in. And after you vacate. I don't care if youre male or female. Im a male. Obviously my brother is as well. Laundry is in the storage room. Washer dryer work if i catch you smoking or doing drugs in my house, pack up and leave. If you smoke cigarettes, go outside and smoke. Can move in January 1 2026
