We are selling our "Tweety Bird". She is outfitted in a movie theater theme, with red vinyl cushions, red velvet theater curtains with gold tassels, and concession stand decor! Everything works, just add people and have fun! Camp in her or park her on your property and watch a movie! 2 twin beds, table, refrigerator, microwave, and original oven and stove, that operate on propane, tank included. She even has a built-in dog bed area under one of the beds. Lots of storage space inside and a huge rear trunk! 13 ft long, not including the hitch. She has a bathroom with a flushing commode, shower and power fan vent. She comes with:

-Custom made matching awnings for the side and the front window

All windows were taken out, polished and resealed a few years ago. The last routine roof coating was last month. There are no leaks. She is road ready. We just camped in her last month for 4 days.
