ALSO has a dinette table that converts into a bed as well as a sleeper sofa all appliances work and it has a full/house size refrigerator no leaks no soft spots in the floor very well taken care of could use a little updating and good cleaning but this thing can sleep six grown people with no problem decent tires cash only can help with transport after it's paid for in full if needed. no trades and no holds without a deposit
