I have a nice furnished room for rent (use to be my den) in my gorgeous big home near the golf course on hwy 17 north, < 3 mins to FLETC, and close to the Mall, I-95, hospital & college... Its not a roommate situation but a room for rent... there is a difference! Plenty of privacy when you want it, or hang out on the porch! HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, ALL UTILITIES are included, as well as linen, big chair or couch, bedroom furniture, AND a flat screen TV.... SHARED LG BATHROOM UPSTAIRS with lots of storage.
Theres a efficiency kitchen @ top of landing with full size refrigerator, George Foreman, elec skillet, cooktop, can opener, coffee pot, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven and more! No laundry on property, but Golden Isles Laundry is nearby & theyll do your laundry! Suitable for one (1) QUIET, SANE, SOBER, MATURE, DRAMA FREE ADULT MALE who pays their rent on time, doesn't have people coming & going, HAS A FULL TIME get out from the house JOB or full time college student, AUTO & PHONE. Natural beautiful surroundings, and I ABSOLUTELY keep it quiet, drama free & laid back! This is a place for YOU ONLY, not your kids, girlfriend, friends, ect. Non smoking preferred, but if u must smoke theres a very nice big porch with couches & lots of plants. PLEASE...no active addictions, heavy drinkers, pot smokers or partiers! The truth will come out eventually & you will be asked to leave. NO PETS or overnight guests! Travel Nurses, FLETC instructors, Gulfstream, & other type professionals welcome! Application/ background check fee possible unless you can prove a background/criminal check has been done for employment. Im not looking for perfection, but only the type of folks mentioned above wanted here. I know it sounds strict...and yes, your right! It is for a reason... Ive been doing this for a long time, & it protects us all from the "drama" of a room mate situation because its not...its a "room for rent". Security cameras in use around home. $725 monthly rent for room, $400 dep. 3 month lease required, or shorter stay (@ higher rent) possible of minimum 30 night stays ...lets talk! I can hold the room 2 weeks with the deposit paid in advance, then rent starts or you lose deposit. If for any reason you leave before lease is up or without 30 day notice I keep deposit & paid rent.
