We need a helper/trainee to maintain some properties in Kingsland and Saint Marys. You should have some experience and learn quickly doing home repairs, property maintenance, interior and exterior painting, above stove microwave replacement, ceiling fan replacement, roof repair, fence repair minor electrical, plumbing ressure washing, water heater install, Blinds, flooring and yard maintenance. This not a full time job so you probably need other income also. You will need to speak to the tenants. You should have some basic hand tools, smart phone to take and send pictures. You must be available during the week. You must have your own transportation. You need to live close to Kingsland.St Marys Ga,
